• PRE-ORDERS All apparel is sold on a PRE-ORDER basis, which means we do not keep a
standing inventory of merchandise. Pre-order sales allow us to offer
the wide variety of colors and styles for the consumer while protecting
us from the liability of purchasing clothes we may not be able to sell.
Please be patient when pre-ordering apparel. It is not uncommon for a
pre-order period to last two weeks before the collected information is
sent to the printer. The printer then may take up to another two weeks
to print and the shirts before they are handed to the distributor for
printing. Look to the front page of the site for information regarding
the shipping estimates of pre-ordered items.
• PAYMENT Our preferred method of payment is PayPal. All of the items on the site
have been tied together using PayPal's shopping cart feature. You can
toss in as many items as you want and adjust the quantity of your order
at any point before submitting it through PayPal.
• WHAT TO DO IF YOU DON'T HAVE A CREDIT CARD We understand that not everyone has access to a credit card or is
comfortable paying through PayPal. If you would like to mail-order an

• REVISING YOUR ORDER If you made a mistake in your order, please contact Boxcar Comics VIA
e-mail at store@kleptobot.com and explain your situation. If the
items have not shipped, we will do what we can to make changes.
• SHIPPING Apparel ships First Class, Priority Mail, or Air Mail in untearable
Tyvek envelopes.
Calendars are shipped First Class, Priority Mail, or
Air Mail in bubble padded envelopes.
Allow up to 1-3 weeks for shipping of in-stock items. Allow up to 3-6 weeks for shipping of pre-order items
• REFUNDS If we haven't shipped your order and you change your mind, a refund
will be remitted in full. However, once an item has been shipped,
refunds will not be given unless the buyer can provide proof of a
mishandled or damaged order.
• MANUFACTURERS, DISTRIBUTORS AND PARTNERS All apparel is printed by the fine folks at Superior Screeners.
